Deliveries are carried out by one of our couriers or AnPost.
We work with a few courier companies: DPD, DHL, FedEx and UPS.
Your package will be shipped one day after you place an order. If the product you ordered is missing from the stock dispatch may take longer and exceed up to 7 working days and you will be notified. Packages are only sent during week time; Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Friday will only be dispatched after the weekend.

Clients are able to pick their desired courier before making a purchase. Clients are also able to purchase insurance from the couriers whereas they can’t get insurance with AnPost.
The delivery time depends on the destination country and the chosen courier, before placing the order we recommend that you familiarize yourself with different couriers’ delivery time to your chosen destination. We do not take responsibility for situations when the customer provides the wrong delivery address. We are also not able to cancel the order. A full statement of your legal rights under The Consumer Contracts Regulations may be obtained in the EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES (UNFAIR TERMS IN CONSUMER CONTRACTS) REGULATIONS, 1995.
Please note it is the responsibility of the importer (customer) to know the rules and regulations of a country. If a package is stopped in customs we advise you to contact your local customs office and either try to have the package released or reject it and have it resend to us. Once we receive the returned package we will refund the value of the products within 7 days after receiving the package. Please note we only make a refund if we receive the returned package – we do not take responsibility of seized goods. Shipping costs are on the customer’s side. The refund will take place within 7 working days counting from us receiving the package from the customs. We are not responsible for damage caused during transport.

Rates are also calculated by reference to the weight, shape, size and destination of the item you are posting, reflecting the cost of processing and delivering those items.
We do not offer refunds in our business as we sell medical products, if however the product is sent incorrectly by us, the customer must send us back the item and we will send the correct one back or if the customer wishes we will make a full refund within 7 business days. If there is such a mistake we ask you to inform us immediately upon receiving the package. Not longer than 5 business days. For any delays to take place please contact the courier of your choice.
