Can I cancel products on my order?
Once an order is dispatched we cannot make any changes. However if we receive an email before your order has being dispatched we will do our best to accommodate changes.
Can I add products to my existing order?
If an email is sent to us before the order is dispatched and we are able to add on products we will of coarse accommodate this change.
I'm a private person and I don't have a company - can I place an order?
Yes, we are open to the public.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No, We do not have a minimum order quantity.
What currency are your prices in?
All prices are in EURO € (EUR).
Do you offer additional discount when buying big volume?

How often do you ship?
We ship daily from Monday to Friday. Orders received in weekends will be shipped the first following working day depending on stock levels.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship Worldwide.
Which courier company do you use to ship the order?
We ship with An Post and Also DHL depending on customers preference.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated individually for each order based on the weight of each parcel. Shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout and visible for you to see.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number.
My package is delayed - what can I do?
The maximum delivery time is sixty (60) working days, as established by law. However, it is very unusual that a delivery will take more than 1-3 working days in Europe. If a package is delayed or miss a scan we will open a case at our forwarders but we cannot resend or refund a package until after the sixty (60) working days.
Can I pick-up my order in person?
Yes we offer a collection service. All collections need to be scheduled beforehand.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Due to health and safety reasons we are unable to offer returns or exchanges.
